Victor was so nice & sweet. I tried this bakery for the first time and loved it! The banana bread, carrot cake, and pizza were amazing. Everything is gluten-free, however, there are also pastries that are dairy-free. Very cute shop and nice staff. They even bake everything right in front of you. I would definitely recommend for a healthy pastry, especially if you have intolerances.

The best gluten free bakery in the United States! Everything is made fresh by the owner daily. No preservatives or chemicals. They have the best vegan gluten free bagels. The cinnamon raisin bagel is my favorite! You can have it toasted with your choice of cream cheese, vegan cream cheese, butter, or vegan butter. They truly care about their customers and the food they are serving. The birthday cakes are amazing! I bought one for my birthday and it surpassed every expectation! It’s a vegan mixed berry layer cake with coconut cream icing. They can customize cakes as well! Everyone should go to joeys! It can be a life changing experience!!
